U.S. Farm-Raised Easy Catfish Gumbo

They say, “build it and they will come” … In this case I’m firing up gumbo system to not only entice my neighbors, but to hopefully usher in some fall weather down here. This one works no matter the weather, but here in the South we are ready to get below the mid 80’s. This may be my new favorite recipe for anyone since its super easy and guaranteed to be the talk of the fire pit and the big screen.

Having U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish and a zesty seafood seasoning, like Chef Paul or Old Bay, combined with all these garden ingredients calling your name…its time to Answer!
