WEATHER GUARD PRCA World Standings Watch:

San Antonio becomes Wally’s World

Ty Wallace, affectionately known behind the chutes to the others riders as Wally, is the new #1 in the bull riding.

Ty has quickly made the rise with the several great rides over 85 points in the last 3 weeks, but the two 90 point rides bringing in over $40,000 in San Antonio moved him to the top. As it turned out neither Ty, Joe Frost, Garrett Smith nor Sage Kimzey were able to make the whistle on Saturday night in San Antonio, which by default let Ty slip past them all and into our WEATHER GUARD WATCH!

The 23 yr. old Collbran, CO cowboy has incredible confidence and feels like he can ride anything he told me on Saturday. He also mentioned after bucking off in about 1.8 seconds on Friday; “wow, most humbling sport in the world; one day a hero the next day a zero.’ He went on to prove that statement even more true by making the 90 point ride later that afternoon in the Xbulls event for win and $25,000.

The shuffle is on in the WEATHER GUARD PRCA World Standings and Grand Island, NE is next, but here’s how it looks today.
