Heather Madison Skovgard, Miss Rodeo Idaho

Kuna, Idaho sits high atop the Snake River Canyon at Swan Falls, the home town of Heather Skovgard, Miss Rodeo Idaho. The 22-year-old enjoys baking, showing cattle, hunting, fishing, and ballroom dancing. Heather is a graduate of Northwest Nazarene University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering. Her goals are to obtain her graduate degree in Robotics Technology and Agricultural Engineering, and continue crop monitoring with unmanned aerial vehicles in collaboration with NASA. She had the opportunity to work with an educational program in Liberia, Africa designing micro power generation system.
