Kelsey Hawkins, Miss Rodeo Tennessee

Kelsey Hawkins, 21, is a resident of Madisonville, TN, located on the far eastern border of the state. Earlier this year, she completed an Associate’s Degree in Science, specializing in Equine Science. Currently she is working toward her Bachelor’s Degree in Ag Business at Hiwassee College, located in Madisonville, TN. Her rodeo participation event is barrel racing. Also she spent two years working with a local stock contractor as a trick rider. Kelsey is a big fan of bucking horses and hopes to own and operate a rodeo stock contracting business someday.
