Miss Rodeo Arkansas: Libby Looney
Libby Looney is the 20-year-old daughter of Shane and Monica Looney from Searcy, AR. She is a senior accounting major with an auditing emphasis at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. She enjoys watching and participating in rodeos, traveling, and spending as much time with her family as she can when she’s home. Libby aspires to one day become fluent in PSE Sign Language. She is very grateful for the opportunities she’s had thanks to her year as Miss Rodeo Arkansas, and looks forward to seeing where else it will take her.
