Victoria (Tori) Miller, Miss Rodeo Arkansas

Hailing from the great Natural State, 23-year-old Tori Miller is the 2016 Miss Rodeo Arkansas. She grew up in a rodeo family, competing in barrel racing since the age of 4. Tori graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, with her Bachelor of Arts in English, and traveled to over 40 states and 10 Canadian Provinces, singing and speaking in some of America’s largest venues. Tori will go on to pursue a Master’s Degree in communication, with the hopes of becoming a broadcast journalist for the sport of professional rodeo.
