PUEBLO, Colo. – Tickets for the 2017 Built Ford Tough World Finals (Nov. 1-5) at T-Mobile Arena are on-sale beginning today for the general public, PBR (Professional Bull Riders) announced.

In 2016, the chase for PBR’s World Championship and $1 million payday culminated in one of the sport’s most dramatic and competitive championship finishes at the PBR World Finals.  The title race for the gold buckle went down to the final ride at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Texas cowboy Cooper Davis triumphed in the tightest points race among three riders in PBR history, edging out Brazilian phenom Kaique Pacheco and two-time and defending World Champion J.B. Mauney.

Beginning at 10 a.m. PT today, fans who want to again witness the crowning of the world’s top bull rider and bovine athlete at one of the most exciting events in sports can now purchase five-day ticket packages for the 2017 Built Ford Tough World Finals at the beautiful new  T-Mobile Arena.

After five days of competition, the bull rider who has earned the most PBR world standings points during the 2017 season will be crowned the 2017 PBR World Champion. The winner will receive the coveted $10,000 World Championship belt buckle and a $1 million bonus.

PBR’s 2017 return promises to build off the sport’s most successful season ever.

The 2016 PBR Built Ford Tough Series attracted more fans than ever this season with television viewership of the PBR on CBS Sports up 12 percent, averaging 1.3 million viewers over the course of the season. With an impressive crop of young riders taking on the sport’s top veterans, more fans than ever attended events, and the sport set 13 local BFTS attendance records.

2016 also saw the milestone of the critically acclaimed Netflix docu-series “Fearless” premiering in August, giving viewers a first-hand look into the lives of PBR’s Brazilian riders.

Kicking off its inaugural event at the brand-new T-Mobile Arena, PBR’s 2016 Built Ford Tough World Finals featured an all-star entertainment lineup to further celebrate the week. Headliners such as Steven Tyler, Rick Springfield and more rocked the arena while other musicians like Dustin Lynch and Colt Ford turned up the volume on the Toshiba Plaza pre-party stage as fans arrived.

PBR fans also got an unprecedented look at some of the sport’s top stars, including in the critically acclaimed Netflix docu-series “Fearless,” giving viewers a first-hand look into the lives of PBR’s Brazilian riders.

Those determined Brazilian rider as well as all the top riders in PBR will be back in action in 2017, each with his eyes on the coveted gold buckle, beginning at Madison Square Garden in NYC, and ending at T-Mobile Arena next November.
