Memorial Day Message from PBR CEO Sean Gleason

PUEBLO, Colo. – A cornerstone of our sport’s  Celebrate America initiative is to honor local heroes at every PBR tour stop.

This season, we decided to pay special tribute to the selfless Americans who have courageously made the ultimate sacrifice to ensure our freedom.

For everyone in our sport, heralding the Fallen has added poignancy this Memorial Day weekend, when our nation remembers military members.

As you join in expressing gratitude to our greatest heroes, we feel it’s appropriate to share the very special video that opens PBR events all season long.

Written and performed by Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot and two-time Gold Star Family Member Ryan Weaver, “Never Forgotten” pays tribute to combat warriors, beginning with his brother and brother in law, as well as Border Patrol agents and first responders who put their communities and country first and subsequently paid with their lives.

 
We thank the military’s Fallen once again today, and we forever treasure them in our hearts, for they will never be forgotten.
