Academy of Country Music® Announces Officers and New Board of Directors for 2014-2015

ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC® ANNOUNCES OFFICERS AND NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR 2014-2015

ENCINO, CA (October 22, 2014) – The Academy of Country Music is announcing the newly elected Board of Directors for the 2014-2015 term, along with an additional Officer position of Sergeant-at-Arms. Tim DuBois of Artist Management Partners has been selected for this new position, by current ACM officers, as previously announced, including Treasurer Duane Clark, Parliamentarian Paul Moore and Secretary Tiffany Moon.

This year, there were thirteen qualifying professional categories that were elected by the Academy’s membership. In addition to those elected, director-at-large positions have been appointed by Chairman Darin Murphy, President Paul Barnabee and Vice President Ken Tucker. Directors are elected from each category based on the number of members in that category. Each director serves staggered two-year terms, with half the board membership changing each year.
