Annual Stampede Lotteries are Back and Bigger than Ever!
Calgary – The 2017 Calgary Stampede Lotteries, celebrating more than 60 years of prize winners and charitable donations, returns April 26, 2017. This year’s Calgary Stampede Lotteries offer the biggest and most valuable prizes to date.
Win your Best Summer Ever! The Calgary Stampede Lotteries offers a chance for you to get in on the action now before The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth kicks off. The Fun in the Sun themed prizes for 2017 are the most expensive they’ve ever been, with a collective value of over $1.5 million.
The Lotteries Committee improves on their prize lineup every Stampede. This year, the Rotary Dream Home is an impressive four bedroom, 3,250 sq. ft. living space, valued at $938,375. And for the first time in Lotteries history, a finished basement is included.
2017 Kinsmen prizes include:
- 2017 GMC Sierra SLE with Montana Fifth Wheel valued at $219,614
- 2017 GMC Sierra SLT with Regal Bowrider boat and trailer valued at $145,792
- 2017 GMC Sierra Denali with Polaris Slingshot valued at $102,783
- 2017 GMC Canyon with 110 and 125 Yamaha motorcycles, Polaris General, and Karavan trailer valued at $86,079
All purchases before June 9, 2017 will be entered to win the Early Bird prize of the 2017 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible, valued at $45,895.
“Through support from The Rotary Club of South Calgary and The Kinsmen Club of Calgary, Stampede Lotteries is proud to donate over a million dollars every year to charity,” said Lynn Grant, chair of Stampede Lotteries. “It’s exciting to offer support to local charities through these community partnerships. It is through these long lasting relationships that we are afforded the opportunity to give back as much as we can.”
The money raised last year was distributed to over 50 charities throughout the city supported by partners the Rotary Club of Calgary South and The Kinsmen Club of Calgary.
Also available to be won is the popular Split’Em 50, winner takes home half the final jackpot! Last year’s winner took home over $700,000!
