Australia’s Lachlan Richardson Wins Professional Bull Riding

Sold Out Crowd Witnesses Night of Great Rides

Salinas, CA – A sold out crowd of 10,062 was treated to a night of great rides as bull riders took on some rank bulls at the Salinas Sports Complex during their stop on the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) Real Time Pain Relief Velocity Tour, presented by Salinas Valley Ford. The PBR continues to be one of the most popular events held during Big Week, selling out over 24 hours before gates opened and for the third consecutive year, with revenue up 2% over 2016. Australian Lachlan Richardson came out on top with a score of 176 on two bulls, winning the final round with an 88.5 on Captain Jack owned by Julio Moreno Bucking Bulls, the same bull that Wallace Vieira de Oliveira won the event on last year. Second place went to Cody Campbell of Summerville, OR with a total score of 174 on two bulls and third place went to Ramon de Lima of Antioch, CA with a total score of 170.5 on two bulls.
