Bossier Tickets on Sale for the Real Cowboy Sport

2018 Eldorado Resort Casino Shreveport Tuff Hedeman Championship Bull Riding presented by Landers Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

SHREVEPORT, LA, Nov 27, 2017 – Stuff the Christmas stockings with tickets and plan now to attend the Tuff Hedeman Championship Bull Riding at the Century Link in Bossier City, Louisiana on February 3 at 8 pm with special guests Cody Cooke and the Bayou Outlaws performing immediately following the bull riding.

Tuff Hedeman announced today that tickets are on sale and the appearance of Cody Sosebee, the 2017 National Finals Rodeo barrelman, will entertain the fans on the only Louisiana stop on CBR’s Road to Cheyenne 2018 tour. In between the world class riders and notorious bucking bulls, Sosebee gives the audience something to watch at every break in the bull riding action. The 10 time PRCA Entertainer of the Year nominee brings a unique walking, talking, dancing style of comic relief that excite fans as he combs the crowd challenging ticket holders and giving away merchandise.

Four time World Champion and pro rodeo Hall of Famer Tuff Hedeman presides over the three round tournament style event worth $30,000. The Real Cowboy Sport’s elite 24 riders are matched against the industry’s best bucking bulls, both reaching for the $100,000 bonus check awarded at the World Finals at Cheyenne Frontier Days. The Fox Sports televised Road to Cheyenne tour travels to 16 cities and pays out over a million dollars annually in cash and prizes to the riders and the bulls.

The 2017 CBR World Champion, CBR and PRCA World Champion Sage Kimzey of Strong City, Oklahoma would continue his dominance and break all CBR records in 2017 when he won an unprecedented third CBR Championship. Kimzey, a three time PRCA World Champion currently holds six bull riding World titles.

“There are two things fans want to see, big rides and high scores and CBR provides both in a star studded entertaining event,” said four time World Champion and Pro Rodeo Hall of Famer, Tuff Hedeman who oversees the production.

Known as The Real Cowboy Sport, CBR is dedicated to preserving and promoting the very best elements of the sport – strength, stamina, and integrity – while providing three rounds of non-stop heart pounding entertainment in an arena designed exclusively for bull riding that gives fans an up close experience during the tournament style bull riding.

The CBR event includes three human gladiators, the Famous Energy Bullfighters, who will be signing autographs and taking selfies on the concourse before they take the dirt to risk their lives each and every time the chute gate opens.

The annual CBR trip to the CenturyLink arena is center stage for the CBR Bull Team Challenge, a three bull format competition for stock contractors featuring the best bucking bulls competing for cash and prizes including stock trailers, saddles, and buckles and a check for $45,000 will be awarded to the Enid Champion. The reigning 2017 World Champion Bull Team is the Carthage, Texas partnership of Terry Williams, Justin Freeman and Colby Pepper who took home the $100,000 bonus check in July.

“It’s like a combination of a great rock and roll concert ending in a heavy weight prize fight and all refereed by Tuff Hedeman,” said CBR Chairman of the Board, Benny Cude.

CBR awards over one million dollars annually to bull riders and bull team owners making it one of the richest competitions in bull riding. The Road to Cheyenne CBR tour is featured nationwide with the Road to Cheyenne airing on Fox Sports in prime time.
