CBS Sports Network to Air 2015 PBR World Finals Marathon on Thanksgiving Day

PUEBLO, Colo. – PBR (Professional Bull Riders) fans will be able to enjoy their Thanksgiving turkey and dressing with a side of bull riding action, Thursday, Nov. 26, when CBS Sports Network presents the 2015 PBR Built Ford Tough World Finals in its entirety from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The 2015 PBR World Finals featured the Top 40 bull riders in the world, including the Top PBR international champion, Australia’s Justin Paton, the 2015 BlueDEF Tour Champion Gage Gay and the Top 3 finishers at the 2015 BlueDEF Finals Neil Holmes, Derek Kolbaba and Luis Blanco.

In addition to these emerging PBR stars, fans can also watch J.B. Mauney make history with his second PBR World Championship, becoming the richest athlete in Western sports history; see rookie sensation Kaique Pacheco capture the 2015 PBR Rookie of the Year title; cheer rookie Cooper Davis as he wins the $250,000 PBR World Finals event title; and revere Sweet Pro’s Long John (D&H Cattle Co.) as he bucks his way to 2015 PBR World Champion Bull honors.

Tune in to CBS Sports Network Thursday, Nov. 26, for 13 hours of the toughest men on dirt as they battle the greatest bucking bulls of the year for the most prestigious bull riding title in Western sports.

The PBR’s 2016 Built Ford Tough Series kicks off its 18-state tour in Rosemont, Illinois, on Jan. 9-10, and culminates with the PBR Built Ford Tough World Finals in Las Vegas on Nov. 2-6, at the new Las Vegas Arena. After the five-day event, the 2016 PBR World Champion, the bull rider who has earned the most PBR world points during the 2016 season, will be crowned and receive the coveted World Championship belt buckle and $1 million bonus.

The BFTS is televised every week on CBS, CBS Sports Network and networks around the world. BFTS telecasts are produced for the PBR under a multi-year agreement with David Neal Productions, a Los Angeles-based production company led by 34-time Emmy® Award winner and Peabody Award winner David Neal, who serves as executive producer.
