Cowboys of Color Rodeo Celebrates Stock Show’s Cultural Diversity

FORT WORTH, TEXAS January 10, 2018 – One of the Stock Show’s most anticipated events will take center stage in the Will Rogers Coliseum arena January 15 when the Cowboys of Color Rodeo kicks off at 2 p.m.

Coinciding with Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Cowboys of Color Rodeo highlights the rich diversity and culture of rodeo and the western way of life. This unique rodeo performance, presented by State Farm® and Telemundo 39, features edge of your seat action and special acts from a variety of performers. The rodeo kicks off with the exciting drill team action of the Circle 5 Riding Club, followed by a crowd-pleasing lineup of traditional rodeo events – from bareback riding to bull riding – as well as the always fun, and amusing, Justin Mutton Bustin’® presented by State Farm Insurance®. The La Guadalupana ladies side saddle riding team brings in the beauty of traditional Mexican costumes while Jerry Diaz, internationally acclaimed vaquero, will mesmerize with his expertise in horsemanship and dedication to the Charro traditions.
