Join the Calgary Stampede for a Community Fall Fair
Calgary – Join us, the Calgary Stampede, friends and neighbours for a Community Fall Fair on Saturday, October 15 in Calgary’s newest greenspace, ENMAX Park. Enjoy a day of fall festivities including, a free pumpkin spice pancake breakfast, food trucks, live music, kids activities and a local market.
“ENMAX Park is a beautiful new community green space for Calgary,” says Warren Connell, CEO, Calgary Stampede. “We want to take this as an opportunity to introduce this park to Calgarians and show our appreciation for their support all year long.”
In addition to a number of great activities, the Stampede will host the “Best Pie in Calgary” competition. Bakeries from Calgary and surrounding areas will be encouraged to enter their best pie to be judged by local celebrities – winner will receive an engraved Best Pie plate award.
Walk, ride or drive! The Park is located on the 900-kilometre regional pathway and ample bike parking will be available at the pedestrian bridge. The Park is also easily accessed by walking, less than 1km from the communities of Ramsay, Inglewood and East Village. Live a little further?
