BENTON, PA – In just his fifth event back this season after shoulder surgery, Koal Livingston (Burleson, Texas) came from behind the win the First Annual Fairfield Auto Group Invitational over the weekend at the Benton Rodeo Grounds in Benton, Pennsylvania.

With the victory, Livingston earned 60 points towards the PBR (Professional Bull Riders) World Standings and pocketed $14,267.77. He is currently ranked 46 in the world standings.

Despite not riding his bull on Friday night, Livingston took advantage of his opportunities on a wet, sloppy Saturday night by covering Hollywood Nights (Cornwell Bucking Bulls) for 86.5 points before going 8 on Sugar Boom Boom (Cornwell Bucking Bulls) for an event high 89 points in the championship round of the Touring Pro Division (TPD) event.

Ryan Miller (Waterloo, Indiana) was the leader heading into the championship round after he rode Domestic Disturbance (Cornwell Bucking Bulls) for 85.50 on Friday night and then put up 87.5 points on Hollywood Hills (Cornwell Bucking Bulls) in Round 2 on Saturday. But unfortunately, Cornwell Bucking Bulls Peep Show was too much in the championship round for the 29-year old.

For the second place finish he earned $2,595.26 and 30 points towards the world standings.

Three current 25th PBR: Unleash The Beast riders tied for third place. Cody Campbell (Summerville, Oregon), Matt Triplett (Columbia Falls, Montana) and Sean Willingham (Summerville, Georgia) each finished with 15 points towards the world standings.

Triplett and Willingham started the event off sharing the victory in Round One with matching 86.50 scores on Friday night. Triplett covered Good Eye (Mike Miller Bucking Bulls) and Willingham rode One Cool Dude (Mike Miller Bucking Bulls).

Campbell earned his 86.50-point score on Saturday aboard Shakedown Street (Mike Miller Bucking Bulls).

Mike Miller, the promoter for the weekend event close to his hometown of Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania had his bull, Big John earn the high-marked bull score of the event. The bovine athlete racked up 45 points when he tossed Anderson Alencar (Jacksonville, Florida) to the ground in 2.25 seconds.

The Fairfield Auto Group Invitational is in conjunction with next weekend’s Memorial Day Weekend Bull Fest in Shipshewana, Indiana. The rider that has the winning average between the two events will earn a $5,000 bonus.
