Open Casting Call – The Calgary Stampede Searches for Local Video Talent

Calgary – The Calgary Stampede is holding an open casting call on Saturday, April 29, 2017, seeking fans and supporters for a special 2017 promotional video.

If you have a love for music, a great on-camera presence, are personable and want to be a part of Stampede history, we invite you to come out this Saturday and share your talent! Having on-camera experience is an asset, but not required.

Details:

Age Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older.

Where: Stampede Park, Agriculture Building, 1800 Stampede Trail, SE (entrance is in the building just south of the Saddledome – follow the signs.

When: Saturday, April 29, 2017
10:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Dress: Casual. We are looking for a variety of concert-goers and personality types!

Compensation: Each individual selected for the video will receive a Stampede Package valued at more than $100

Availability: Selected individuals must be available for filming both Saturday, May 13, 2017 and Sunday, May 14

Casting Selection and Confirmation: Friday, May 5, 2017

Please Note:

  • Up to 30 individuals will be selected to participate in the video.
  • There are multiple events on Stampede Park on Saturday, April 29, so come early!
  • Parking will be limited, so Calgary Transit is recommended.
  • If selected, you will only be required for one – three hours of scheduled time on shoot day.
