WHERE: Cowtown Coliseum (Fort Worth, Texas) and AT&T Stadium (Arlington, Texas).
WHEN: Feb. 14-17 in Fort Worth and Feb. 19 in Arlington

RFD-TV’s The American presented by Polaris RANGER returns to AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, for the fourth consecutive year. The rodeo has paid $6 million to contestants in bareback riding, steer wrestling, team roping, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, barrel racing and bull riding. This year’s purse will add another $2 million to contestants’ pockets. It is the world’s richest one day rodeo.

Ten contestants in each event have been invited. The remainder of the roster will be filled by winners from The American Semi-Finals in Fort Worth. This is the only rodeo in the world that pits seasoned veterans and top rodeo stars going up against high school and college rodeo champions as well as young up-and-coming athletes. The Semi-Finals also features $1 million in prize money.
