COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – There were 11 competitions worth a collective $954,405 Feb. 10-17. During that time, three cowboys topped the season leaderboard – two in bareback riding and one in steer wrestling.

Two bareback riders scored 93 points this week, surpassing the season high of 90.5 points. Caleb Bennett made his ride on Northcott Macza’s Spilled Perfume at the San Angelo (Texas) Rodeo, Feb. 15, setting the rodeo record. The next day, Clayton Biglow made the same score on Pickett Pro Rodeo’s Top Notch during the San Angelo Cinch Chute-Out Rodeo. Only four riders have scored higher in PRCA history.

Biglow also posted a 93-point ride on C5 Rodeo’s Virgil at the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, Dec. 11. (Watch: Clayton Biglow posts 93-point ride at Wrangler National Finals Rodeo.)

Steer wrestler Aaron Vosler made the fastest run of the week and the season when he clocked in at 3.0 seconds at the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo, Feb. 12. Vosler’s time matches the previous San Antonio record set by Timmy Sparing in 2014.

Team ropers Spencer Mitchell and Cody Doescher made a 4.0-second run at San Antonio, Feb. 10.

Saddle bronc rider Chase Brooks made a 90.5-point ride on Northcott Macza’s Get Smart at the San Angelo Cinch Chute-Out Rodeo, Feb. 16.

Tie-down roper Adam Gray made a 7.1-second run at San Angelo, Feb. 10.

Barrel racer Jill Tanner made a 13.81-second run at San Angelo, Feb. 15.

Two bull riders made 90-point rides at San Antonio last week. Scottie Knapp made his ride on Cervi Championship Rodeo’s Big Time, Feb. 10. Then on Feb. 12, Koby Radley posted 90 points on Powder River Rodeo’s Honey Man.

Steer roper Shay Good made a 9.5-second run at Helzapoppin in Buckeye, Ariz., Feb. 15.
