Western Heritage Day at The Calgary Stampede – Tuesday, July 12

Calgary – Tuesday, July 12 is Western Heritage Day, adults 65 plus can enjoy free park admission all day beginning at 9:30 a.m.

The day kicks off at The Saddledome Steps with free coffee and baked goods, a special High Dive Show performance, and entertainment from a featured Stampede Talent Search performer.

Additional shows at the Agrium Western Event Centre include Canadian Trick Rider, Nikki Flundra, The Strathcona Mounted Troop, and Mini Chuckwagons. Don’t miss the legendary John Conlee as he plays two shows on the Nashville North stage at 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m.

Western Heritage Day guests also receive free West Jet Skyrides all day long, free reserved rodeo and evening show tickets (available from the ticket office near the Erlton Entrance) and a commemorative pin courtesy of Loram 99 (tickets and pins available while quantities last).
