College Rodeo Remembers Kolten Moss

The college rodeo season in Wyoming began in somber but celebratory fashion remembering Kolten Moss. The 18-year-old from Rock River died in a head-on collision near Meeteetse last spring in which a couple from France was also killed. Moss was a bull rider for the Northwest College Trappers in Powell. Kolten went to high school in Laramie. He’d decided to join the U.S. Marines Corps and was readying for boot camp. The Trappers rodeo in Cody Stampede Park opened on Friday with all of the bull riders paying their respects to a lost brother. Courtesy of Wrangler Network contributor Charlie Coon.
