Nancy Hunter might not be an official land owner here in Caldwell, Idaho, but she and her horse Flit N Fuzz definitely own a piece of the Caldwell Night Rodeo arena. Hunter and Fuzz have won the rodeo here four out of the last five years. An overturned barrel in 2013 kept them from a perfect record. The Neola, Utah, cowgirl stopped the clock in 17.40 seconds in the first round and won $314 last Tuesday. She came back to the rodeo Friday night and now has the fastest run of the rodeo here so far at 17.13 seconds.
