Amberley Snyder

Amberley was born in California and moved to Utah when she was seven. She is the second of six children in her family. She started riding horses at the age of three and competing in rodeo at the age of seven. Amberley competed all through junior and high school rodeos qualifying for the National high school finals. In 2009, Amberley was the Finals and World All-Around Cowgirl for the National Little Britches Association. She was also serving as the Utah State FFA President. She just graduated Utah State University obtaining a degree in Agricultural Education and is now pursuing a graduate degree in School Counseling. She was involved in a car accident in 2010 that has left her with some life challenges. Even despite those she is still competing in rodeo and ran in the world’s richest one-day rodeo called The American in March of 2015 as the fan’s exemption. She competes in breakaway roping and barrel racing on her Utah State College Rodeo Team and ended the season fifth in the Rocky Mountain Region.
