With beautiful clear skies and the sun shining brightly, the stage was set for the first large outdoor rodeo event for the year; the Red Bluff Round-Up which took place April 18 to 20. Nicknamed the “spring break” of rodeo, the Red Bluff Round-Up attracted more than 500 cowboys and cowgirls to compete in this Wrangler Million Dollar Tour rodeo.

Riding off into the sunset with a Red Bluff Round-Up buckle of his very own is #TeamWrangler member and reigning Wrangler National Finals Rodeo bareback rider world champion Kaycee Feild. Kaycee rode his horse for a total of 88 points to capture this meaningful title and to enjoy a moment in the sun. We had a chance to catch up with Kaycee after the event and he shared that “Red Bluff felt great to win, especially coming into summer. It’s nice to go into the summer rodeo season with a lot of confidence and while on a hot streak.” He also shared a photo of him with his prized buckle (pictured left).

Besides crowning the winners, Sunday’s performance also marked the rodeo’s annual Wrangler Tough Enough to Wear Pink campaign which benefits breast cancer research. To raise money for this great cause, a Polaris Ranger utility vehicle was auctioned off and many attendees sported pink to show their support.
