Miss Rodeo Alaska: Johnna Drew

Johnna is a 19-year-old first generation cowgirl born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. She is a recipient of a Japanese Seal of Biliteracy from the State of Alaska and is a sophomore at the University of Alaska Anchorage in the Pre-Major Nursing Program. Being from The Land of the Midnight Sun, her long summer days are mostly spent at rodeos and barrel racing. Winter months provide opportunities for snowmobiling and admiring the breathtaking northern lights. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Johnna aspires to become an operating room nurse.
