Madelaine McElwee

Miss Rodeo Wyoming 2022, Madelaine McElwee hails from the Gem City of Laramie, Wyoming, where she was born and raised. As a young girl, Madelaine had a deep love for horses and riding, which she pursued through 4-H and FFA, eventually going on to compete at AQHA youth worlds in reining. In high school, Madelaine took up an interest in aviation, and earned her commercial pilot’s license in 2021. Madelaine has had flight training in Florida and Alaska and hopes to one day work as a pilot flying into remote areas.
