A Message from MRAI President Kiki Shumway
I hope this finds you and your loved ones staying safe and healthy. This COVID-19 pandemic is truly a crisis unlike anything we have ever seen. It has taken our rodeo world as we have known it and completely turned it upside down. It’s impact is far reaching on all of us and the communities we live in, our day to day way of life, and our MRAI organization. We are daily making decisions about the need for backup plans and trying to keep the spirits up of our 2020 MRA, Jordan Tierney, and all of the state titleholders whose jobs are on hold.
Our hearts are with those diagnosed with the virus. We send our prayers and deepest gratitude to the President of the United States and his team of advisors, to the doctors, nurses, health care professionals and all the essential workers across our country who are displaying incredible bravery in these trying times. They are our heroes and need our respect and thanks. I pray we will all come together with renewed purpose and find great strength from each other to see us through this.

MISS RODEO AMERICA MID-YEAR MEETING
Mid-Year is tentatively scheduled for July 9-11 at the Tropicana in Las Vegas. We all hope that things will begin to resemble some normality by that time. As soon as the Tropicana is up and running we will provide you all with room booking information.
