The gold and jade crown of Miss Rodeo Wyoming returns to the gem city of Laramie atop the hat of 25-year-old Rachel Derner. Growing up horseback built a solid foundation for Rachel’s love of rodeo, agriculture and western heritage. Through 4-H and FFA, she found her passion for advocating for agriculture. This passion has directed her into the agriculture communications field, she is pursuing a degree from the University of Wyoming. Once finished with her degree and her time as Miss Rodeo Wyoming, Rachel will find her role in supporting the agriculture industry
