Grammy Award-Winning Country Group Little Big Town to Headline Big Week Kick off Concert in 2023

SALINAS, CA – GRAMMY, ACM, CMA, AMA and Emmy award-winning country group Little Big Town will headline the 2023 Big Week Kick Off Concert on July 14, 2023. Consisting of members Karen Fairchild, Phillip Sweet, Kimberly Schlapman, and Jimi Westbrook, Little Big Town most recently released their 10th studio album Mr. Sun in September, which debuted as the Top Country Album by a group in 2022. The band first entered the music scene over 20 years ago with hit songs like “Boondocks,” “Bring it on Home,” “Good as Gone” and the GRAMMY-nominated “Little White Church.” Their breakthrough albums Tornado and Pain Killer produced multiple #1 singles including “Pontoon,” “Tornado,” “Day Drinking,” and “Girl Crush”- the history-making, best-selling country single of the year in 2015. Little Big Town has earned more than 45 award show nominations and has taken home nearly 20 awards.

The concert is presented by Taylor Farms and produced by the California Rodeo Salinas and David Drew Productions with support from media partners KSBW TV 8 and Central Coast ABC and KTOM 92.7FM. Tickets go on sale online only, on Friday, December 16th at 10am at carodeo.com. Ticket prices will start at $30* for reserved grandstand seats, $60* for standing floor tickets and $75* for box seats.

Opening acts will include Claudia Hoyser and Jesse Kinch. Hoyser is an American country music singer, songwriter and social influencer. She has recently supported Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton, Brantley Gilbert, Ryan Bingham, Chris Young, Brad Paisley, Jessie James Decker, Mitchell Tenpenny, Willie Nelson, ZZ Top, Zach Bryan, Chase Rice, Sara Evans and Justin Moore.
