Latest PSN: ProRodeo Hall of Famer Cotton Rosser Passes Away
ProRodeo Hall of Fame stock contractor Cotton Rosser passed away June 22 at his home in Marysville, Calif. He was 93. In the latest edition of the ProRodeo Sports News we spoke to his family about legacy he’s built inside and outside the rodeo arena.
