Theme Days and Ways to Save On Your California Rodeo Tickets

SALINAS, CA – The California Rodeo Salinas is coming up July 21st-24th. Every performance features professional rodeo action along with a theme. Rodeo ticket prices start at $12 for children ages 2-12 and $20 for adults with prices going up $5 on July 18th, but there are ways to save on your Rodeo tickets.

Thursday, July 21st is Wrangler Tough Enough to Wear Pink Night. The evening performance is presented by Mechanics Bank and Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System. Patrons can get into the spirit by wearing pink shirts or other clothing items. $1 from each ticket sold on July 21st will be donated to the Comprehensive Cancer Center at Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System. If attendees bring an empty Coca Cola product, they can get a ticket for just $5 on Thursday, July 21st starting at 10am when the Ticket Office opens. That is a $20 savings. Friday, July 22nd is Fight Hunger Night featuring a produce mascot race that benefits Ag Against Hunger. The race features local agricultural companies’ mascots racing on the track that surrounds the arena. There are giant vegetables and other mascots in this entertaining race which is presented by AG Land Trust. Friday’s performance is presented by Church Brothers Farms.

Saturday, July 23rd is Salute to Military Day as part of the Wrangler National Patriot Program initiative and is presented by Tanimura & Antle. Fans are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue and Active Military and Veterans gain free entry with identification. Sunday, July 24th is the Crown Royal Day of Champions and Man Up Crusade Day. The Man Up Crusade is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating public awareness on the issue of domestic violence. The California Rodeo Salinas partners with the YWCA of Monterey County to donate funds and create awareness for this cause.
