Top Notch Athletes Head to the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Finals After Second Semifinals
SAN ANTONIO – These top notch athletes competed in the last semifinals performance at the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo to head to the Finals.
Here’s a breakdown of winners for each event:
Bareback Riding: Three-time World Champion Tim O’Connell wins with a 88 point ride on Arbitrator Joe of Pickett Calgary Stampede, bringing home $3,000.
Steer Wrestling: Clayton Hass took the lead with a 4.1 second time winning $3,000.
Team Roping: Hayes Smith and Caleb Anderson were fastest of the night with a 4.9 second time winning $3,000 respectively.
Saddle Bronc Riding: Logan Hay claimed the lead with an 90 point ride on Wyatt Earp of Cervi Rodeo, taking home $3,000.
Tie Down Roping: Adam Gray bested the field with a 8.4 second time taking home $3,000.
Barrel Racing: Amanda Welsh took the lead with a 14.84 second run and a $3,000 winning.
Bull Riding: Brady Portenier riding Milburn Special of Cervi Rodeo and Brody Yeary riding Lookin Up of Frontier Rodeo, both scored an 86 taking home $2,500.
