Justin Rumford Getting in Shape in Downtime

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – With PRCA rodeos on hold due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, Justin Rumford is doing something he never envisioned – working out on a treadmill.

“I have been working out and dropping some pounds and getting after it,” Rumford said.

Rumford, who goes by the nickname Rumpshaker, has been entertaining ProRodeo crowds since 2010.

And winning awards while doing it.

Rumford has been named the PRCA Clown of the Year the last eight years.
