Fun Facts about Jordon: Even though he doesn’t have wings, Jordon’s horse sure lives up to his name, Famous Lil Jet. That horse known as “Rollo” has taken her to three consecutive Wrangler National Finals Rodeos and a world title. She qualified for her first NFR in 2009 and spent time training horses with her husband Justin. When Rollo came along, they knew they had something special. Justin roped on Rollo for three years before Jordon started rodeoing on him. Jordon is the daughter of four-time world champion barrel racer Kristie Peterson and made a lot of runs in the big yellow pen in Las Vegas a long time before she ever competed there. A trusty stick horse and her imagination are the stuff that dreams are made of, dreams that her daughter Bexlee might be having now. Jordon picks the rodeos she competes at carefully and often has success in the same arenas time after time. This year she went to 30, far less than most of the other NFR qualifiers. When Jordon and Rollo run down that alley, her family and fans will be riding along with her.
