Fun Facts about Clayton: This has been one of the best year’s of Clayton’s life and it’s not just because he’s had his best rodeo season. Clayton spent a good part of October attending rodeo friends’ weddings. Then, on a trip to Hawaii, he asked his girlfriend, Billie Holman to become his wife. The sister of WNFR bronc rider Lefty Holman said yes, so the two coasts of the U.S. are coming together. Clayton grew up in Florida riding bulls and wanting to be a cowboy. His future wife grew up in California. Riding bulls may be what Clayton does for a living, but he is an avid horseman and has rodeo friends in every event. Soon he’ll have a brother-in-law that’s a bronc rider. He started the 2020 WNFR in 14th place after going through surgery and rehab on a knee. This year, he secured his spot early and kept it.
