Fun Facts about Ben: He finished second at the Calgary Stampede behind his cousin Dawson Hay and starts his second Wrangler National Finals Rodeo one spot behind him in the world standings. Ben’s first qualification came in 2021. He Had a disappointing time and finished the season 14th . He is ready for 2023, comes in higher and has expectations to leave Las Vegas much higher. He also loves being outdoors and harvest his first elk before heading to Red Deer to compete at the Canadian Finals Rodeo. Qualifying for his home country’s best was a special this year as his breakaway roping girlfriend Macy Auclair also competed for Canada’s championship. The CFR will be a good warmup for Ben. He can’t wait to get back to the Thomas and Mack Arena and nod his head in the famed yellow bucking chutes.
