Fun Facts about Jake: Before Jake left for his summer rodeos, he and his wife, Morgan expanded their family. Emma was born May 24th and joins big sister Ellie. His girls are first and foremost in his life. Jake won the RAM National Circuit Finals in 2016 roping with Tyler Domingue competing for the Southeastern Circuit. They were the big money winners at $26,000 and now Jake will get to rope for more than that 10 nights in a row. He has been roping with Brye Crites this year and they sealed their qualification winning $8,215 the final two weeks of the season at the Pendleton Roundup. Morgan won’t be the only fan on the edge of her seat when they rope. Jake’s mother, Mary Jane Carpenter is Director of Brand Marketing for Resistol and will be as nervous as anyone when her son backs in the box.
