Fun Facts about Caddo: No one is more excited about competing at this year’s WNFR than Caddo, except maybe his wife and daughter. Caddo was the tie-down roping rookie of the year in 2004. Then life happened. He never quit competing but took a big chunk of time to put his family first. He got married to his wife, Christy in 2009 and they have a daughter Chanely. Christy and Chanely decided it was Caddo’s turn and he started the campaign to qualify. In 2019 he finished in 39th place and qualified for the winter building rodeos. That paid off with some cash, but his big break came when he finished second at The American Rodeo in Arlington. Then he tore his hamstring, and his qualification was in jeopardy. He powered through, kept roping and after 16 years of being a PRCA member, he will be competing at Globe Life Field at this year’s WNFR.
