Fun Facts about Cadee: a highlight of this year was qualifying for the NFR Open and competing there with her husband who was in the team roping. Cadee is an all-around hand who grew up in Montana. She moved to Texas to go to school, first at Weatherford then Stephenville. While at Stephenville, she finished third at the College National Finals Rodeo in the team roping and the women’s all-around race. Her husband, Landon grew up at Midland and while they make their home at Weatherford now, they spend summers in Montana and rodeo from there. They set a goal to qualify for the Montana Circuit Finals in the team roping together this year. She sacrificed going to some bigger rodeos in the breakaway roping to stay in Montana and rope with her husband. They accomplished that while traveling with numerous horses and their two small children, Honor and Wyatt. She is not related to Joey Williams who also has qualified for the WNFBR, but they have traveled together. They went to Tremonton, Utah and San Juan Capistrano, California where Cadee earned close to $10,000 to help her make her first trip to Las Vegas to compete at rodeo’s championships.
