MRA Pageant Day 7

By Wrangler Network contributor Miss Rodeo America

Today the MRA Contestants enjoyed some family time at Cowboy Christmas while showing off their personality and style with the Justin Boot Parade. Justin Boots sent each contestant a pair of boots that they got to design, bedazzle, and completely personalize.

The Contestants were sure a highlight during the Cowboy Christmas and turned heads as they showcased their Justin Boots. The contestants paraded straight to the Miss Rodeo America Scholarship Foundation Bucks for Bags Auction. The contestants helped raise over $50,000 dollars today! Each contestant showcased purses, bags, and coolers, that had products and goodies from their home state to help benefit the Scholarship Foundation.

All of the ladies’ bags included a colorful assortment of goodies and travel deals that reflected the greatest assets of every competing state, to include outdoor adventure and hunting trips, rodeo tickets, food, wine, and tack. The auction felt like a tour of the 32 states represented by our 2017 Miss Rodeo America contestants. Thank you to all the wonderful bidders and those who purchased a bag.

After the auction contestants had a bit of time to shop around the market before heading out with their chaperones for a lovely, albeit brief, night on the town. Tonight the contestants are headed to the MGM Grand KA show for a Girls’ Night out! Tomorrow Miss Rodeo America 2017 will be crowned during the coronation. Be sure yo tune into the Wrangler Network to watch the LIVE Coronation.
