Reno Rodeo Foundation Invites the Public to Charity Fundraiser Paint or Poker for a Purpose presented by LP Insurance March 7

RENO, Nev. – The Reno Rodeo Foundation is hosting its charitable Paint or Poker for a Purpose event complete with food, drinks, and merriment at New West Distributing in Sparks on March 7 starting at 6:30 p.m.

All poker fanatics are invited to saddle up and play Texas Hold ’em while others can paint and express their artistic side. Most importantly, all proceeds of the night benefit kids in Northern Nevada with extraordinary needs.

“This tournament is a great opportunity for the public to come together for a significant cause,” says Reno Rodeo Foundation Executive Director, Clara Andriola. “Every donation makes a huge difference in the lives of many kids in our community.”

Poker buy-in is $100 per person or $900 for a table of 10. Players must be 21 or older to participate in the poker tournament. Photo ID checked at the door. The first place winner will take home a $1,000 prize and a custom belt buckle, second place wins $500 and third place wins $250.

Paint is also $100 per person. All prices include food and drink provided by Eide Bailly LLP. Meeting and eating begins at 6:30 p.m. with dealin’ or painting kicking off at 7 p.m.
