Fun Facts about Jayco: He comes from a long line of rodeo competitors. Jayco is the first to make his name on the riding event end of the arena. His grandmother, Betty Roper, is an International Professional Rodeo Association champion barrel racer and her husband was a steer wrestler. Their son, Jayco’s father, is a team roper. He has a sister that loves riding fast horses and is a barrel racer. Jayco loves the rodeo lifestyle so much that he is sharing it with the world on social media. He lives in a van, jumps in a river every chance he gets and tries to get his traveling partners to do all of the driving. He is enjoying it so much that he hopes his rodeo career can last for another 20 years. Along with the fun, he has gotten serious about the competition and after finishing in 17th last year, he can check the NFR off his goals list.
