For Voting Eligibility for the 54th Academy of Country Music Awards™ in 2019
Encino, CA (December 3, 2018) – The Academy of Country Music® announced today that submissions for the 54th Academy of Country Music Awards™ are now open, December 3, 2018 through January 4, 2019. As previously announced, categories eligible for submissions include Main Awards, Industry Awards, Radio Awards and Video of the Year. The 54th Academy of Country Music Awards™, Country Music’s Party of the Year® will broadcast LIVE from MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 7, 2019 at 8:00 PM ET/delayed PT on CBS.
The submissions eligibility period for the 54th Academy of Country Music Awards is January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. Key dates for Academy professional members for the 2019 ACM Awards cycle are as follows:
• Submissions Period Opens: December 3, 2018
• Deadline for New Membership/Renewals Closes: December 31, 2018
• Submissions Period Closes: January 4, 2019
• First Round Voting: January 18, 2019 – January 24, 2019
• Second Round Voting: February 4, 2019 – February 11, 2019
• Final Round Voting: March 11, 2019 – March 19, 2019
For members, new membership applications and existing membership renewals deadline to apply is Monday, December 31, 2018 at 5:00 PM PT / 7:00 PM CT for members to be eligible to vote during the 2019 Awards cycle.
