A Very Special Olympics

The most special day for many at the College National Finals Rodeo last weekend made sidekicks of cowgirl and cowboy contestants paired with Wyoming Special Olympians. The annual event produced wide smiles and lasting memories all around a bustling Casper Events Center arena.
