U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish and Avocado Toast

Oh please, and Mother May I all in the same breath? I would rather title this small-plate as Southern Bruschetta and offer to you as the appetizer of choice for Mother’s Day and The Kentucky Derby.

Another super easy way to challenge your taste buds with a lil blackened U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish perched upon toast garnished with avocado and tomatoes. The spices and the lime sour cream will perk up your palate, and allow you to easily put together yet another award winning dish guaranteed to wow your patio guest.

You don’t necessarily have to play ‘My Old Kentucky Home’, but it is important to start any meal off right and for me Catfish and Avocado did it!
