Miss Rodeo Alaska: Michailia Massong
Michailia Massong is a 22-year-old Alaskan from the town of Chugiak. Outside of horses she enjoys hiking, mushing, writing/reading, and ballroom dancing. She is working on earning her BA in Communication while pursuing her dream of a ranch for at-risk youth where they can gain life skills while experiencing an authentic western lifestyle. She is certified through EAGALA to practice equine assisted psychotherapy as an equine specialist, and volunteers at various equine therapy barns. Her passion is to inspire people, especially youth, to follow their dreams and be all they can be.
