seven of those singles reached #1 on the charts. Over the years his songs have earned more than 10 million radio plays. Lee is a 3-time Grammy award nominee and has won other major industry awards including Song of the Year at the Country Music Association awards (Nashville) and Academy of Country Music awards (Las Vegas) as well as Music Row Magazine and Nashville Songwriter’s Association annual awards. Lee has also had success as a record producer, with a pair of top 20 hits for artist Steve Holy including the 2006 #1 record “Brand New Girlfriend.” Lee currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee.

Derek George
Derek George got his start with the band Pearl River in the early 1990s. After touring with Pearl River for many years he became the bandleader and songwriting collaborator for Asylum Records’ Bryan White. He wrote some of Bryan’s biggest hits and later produce two of his albums. Over the course of his career, Derek has written songs for dozens of artists, including Rascal Flatts, Josh Gracin, Wynonna Judd, Hootie and the Blowfish, Blake Shelton, Tim McGraw, and many others; he has more than 40 cuts in his 25 years of writing. He has worked in almost every facet of the industry; managing his own recording studio, being an accomplished session singer and guitarist, writing hit songs, producing major record label releases and running an independent publishing company.

Randy Montana
Nashville native, singer-songwriter Randy Montana has been described as a standout among his peers. His songs are pure, honest, gritty, and from the heart. His style clings to the rough edges of country’s musical highway with clear hints of his childhood influences intertwined throughout. Randy has opened for artists such as Taylor Swift, Little Big Town, Lady Antebellum and Sugarland, among others. He has penned songs recorded by George Strait, David Nail, Parmalee, James Wesley, and also wrote “What If I Was Willing,” a single featured on the hit TV show NASHVILLE. He currently writes for Sony ATV Publishing and is working on an independent EP.
