Alexis Bloomer Live at Cowboy Christmas

Alexis Bloomer will host a unique stage show for 10 days during the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas.

Salado, Texas – For the fourth year in a row, 22 year-old Texas native, Alexis Bloomer, will be heading to Las Vegas to host her stage show, Alexis Bloomer Live. This show is unlike any other stage show during the National Finals Rodeo. Alexis interviews your favorite athletes and country music entertainers to give you a real look at the athletes outside the arena. Audience members hear behind the scenes stories in the rodeo industry, sometimes for the first time publicly. Alexis Bloomer Live provides free entertainment and giveaways daily for her audience.

This year, Alexis Bloomer Live will be on the Wrangler Network daily for family and fans to see the show live. The Wrangler Network is the first destination for fans of rodeo and western lifestyle. The Wrangler Network connects 1.2 million fans with video, mobile, and web content otherwise not available or created. Alexis Bloomer is the youngest and only female to host a stage show during the National Finals Rodeo. Her guests include World Champions such as Tuf Cooper, Sage Kimzey, Marty Yates, KC Jones and Fred Whitfield along with popular country artists such as Daryle Singletary, Aaron Watson and Cody Johnson Band. Her interactive stage show gives the audience a chance to interact with the guests in a way that makes Alexis Bloomer Live a hot attraction for rodeo and non-rodeo fans alike.

Alexis Bloomer Live will be at the Cowboy Christmas Rodeo Houston stage located at the Las Vegas Convention center daily from 1:15-2:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend this event that will show you a different side of all the guests including your favorite rodeo athletes.

About Alexis Bloomer:
Alexis Bloomer is a Professional Journalist that graduated from the Dan Rather School of Journalism at Sam Houston State University. As a Journalist Alexis has covered a variety of events including sports, news and entertainment. Alexis is the host of “Alexis Bloomer Live” at the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is also the previous host of “Alexis Bloomer, Off the Record” talk show on Sirius XM Rural Radio Channel 147. She was the original co-host of Western Sports Roundup on Sirius XM for several months before launching her own show. Before graduating from SHSU, Alexis was awarded the prestigious Sammy Award, which is given to one female senior who has had the overall greatest impact at Sam Houston as a whole. In 2014, she won the Intercollegiate “On Site Radio Broadcasting” award at the Texas Intercollegiate Press Association Competition. Shortly thereafter, she was awarded the Dan Rather Internship in NYC. She worked under direct supervision of the iconic journalist. In a letter of recommendation from Mr. Rather he wrote, “she has earned my highest recommendation, which is not often given and never lightly.” He went on to write that in his 30 plus years Alexis was one of the top 2 or 3 interns he has worked with.
From the newsroom as a Channel 7 News Anchor to the Red Carpet at the American Country Music Awards, Alexis makes sure to always get the story and a great interview that engages fans with the athlete or celebrity that she is interviewing. No matter the event or topic, she is always striving to break records in the world of news and outside of it. A lifelong western sports advocate, raised in a family long affiliated with the rodeo industry, Alexis has the necessary connections and in-depth knowledge needed to cover a wide variety of rodeo, roping and bull riding events.
