Jeff Foxworthy and Larry the Cable Guy to Rock the Saddledome with Laughter as Part of the 2017 Virgin Mobile Stampede Concert Series

Calgary (Alberta) – The Calgary Stampede and Stampede Concerts Inc. are excited to announce superstar comedians Jeff Foxworthy and Larry the Cable Guy will be bringing their We’ve Been Thinking Tour to the Scotiabank Saddledome on Sunday, July 16 for the 2017 Virgin Mobile Stampede Concert Series.

“Both comedians will be delivering hilarious, all-new material.” says Adam Oppenheim, President, Stampede Concerts Inc. “There is no doubt these two guys will get you laughing.”

Foxworthy is the top selling comedy-recording artist in history. He is also a multiple Grammy Award nominee and author of more than 26 books including New York Times Best Sellers the Redneck Dictionary and How to Really Stink at Golf. Many will recognize Foxworthy as host of the FOX television game show Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader for several seasons, and he also has his own comedy channel Jeff and Larry’s Comedy Roundup on SIRIUSXM.

Larry the Cable Guy is a multi-platinum recording artist, Grammy nominee and Billboard award winner. His comedy CD Morning Constitutions debuted at # 1 on the Billboard Comedy Charts. His previous release, The Right To Bare Arms debuted at number 1 on the Soundscan Comedy Chart. Larry is also the voice of the much-beloved Mater in the Golden Globe winning animated feature film Cars and Cars 2 and he will return as Mater in Cars 3, currently in production.

Tickets go on sale to the public on Friday, February 10 at 10 a.m. (MST) and start at $49.99 (plus applicable fees). Tickets will be available at all Ticketmaster outlets, via phone at 1.855.985.5000 and at http://www.ticketmaster.ca/event/1100523A816953A4.
