Steven Tyler to Headline Music Acts at PBR Finals Week

PUEBLO, Colo. — PBR (Professional Bull Riders) has announced that GRAMMY® Award-winning Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Steven Tyler will headline a star-studded musical lineup to perform for fans during PBR Finals Week in Las Vegas (Oct. 29 – Nov. 6).

The concerts throughout the week that PBR crowns its world champion will comprise special performances for fans attending the PBR Built Ford Tough World Finals in the new venue as well as free shows on Toshiba Plaza outside T-Mobile® Arena.

On Saturday, November 5, Tyler’s set in T-Mobile Arena will include his new song “Hold On (Won’t Let Go),” the new anthem driving PBR’s television broadcast openings on CBS and CBS Sports Network and helping kick off live events.  “Hold On (Won’t Let Go)” is featured on Tyler’s first solo album,We’re All Somebody From Somewhere, from country label Dot Records/Big Machine, which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Country chart.

Tyler’s performance will be featured on World Finals coverage airing on CBS Sports and CBS Sports Network.

To build awareness for the Built Ford Tough World Finals, Steven Tyler’s performance and his new music release, PBR is launching a ticket promotion across the second half of the season supported by radio, social and digital media. Fans will be awarded prizes including a five-day trip to 2016 World Finals.

A promotional video featuring Steven Tyler singing “Hold On (Won’t Let Go)” has been produced to support the campaign.

With the addition of Tyler, the artists performing during PBR Finals week, which include George Thorogood & The Destroyers, Casey Donahew, Lita Ford, Colt Ford, Neal McCoy, Jerrod Niemann, Kyle Park, Rick Springfield, and Warrant, have collectively sold more than 200 million records worldwide.

PBR Finals Week offers fans an expanded, enhanced, eight-day competition, from Saturday, Oct. 29 through Sunday, Nov. 6, now including the sport’s top two tour championships while featuring more than 70 of the world’s top bull riders and roughly 700 of the best bulls in the business.

PBR Finals Week awards more than $3.5 million in prize money to the athletes and bulls and offers an unparalleled experience to fans, culminating in presenting the 2016 PBR World Champion $1 million in Las Vegas’ brand new state-of-the-art T-Mobile Arena.

Tickets for the BlueDEF Finals, which will begin at 7 p.m. each day, Saturday, Oct. 29, through Monday, Oct. 31 and can be purchased online at www.Ticketmaster.com and by telephone at 800-745-3000.  Tickets are available for $25 (general admission), $40 (reserved seating) and $100 (three-day reserved seating package).
